Established by Royal Charter in 1966, the University of Bath has, in just under 60 years, built a remarkable reputation for academic and research excellence with outstanding student experience and outcomes to become one of the UK's leading universities. Bath is consistently ranked within the top ten across all major domestic rankings in 2026, including 7th overall in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide (2026), 8th in both the Guardian University Guide and the Complete University Guide (2026), and 9th in the Daily Mail University Guide (2026).
