Are you passionate about developing people and driving culture change through coaching? Join our newly established Centre for Coaching Leadership, an ambitious venture in support of the new people strategy where we aim to develop class-leading approaches, blending evidence with practical application to drive cultural change.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced coaching professional to lead and deliver impactful coaching interventions across the University. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working with senior leaders and teams, embedding coaching into leadership development, culture change, and capability building.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering expert coaching to senior leaders and key staff groups
  • Leading group and team coaching interventions
  • Integrating coaching into leadership development programmes
  • Shaping the Centre’s strategic direction and external profile
  • Collaborating across HR, academic departments, and external partners
  • Evaluating coaching impact and promoting a coaching culture across the University

Essential Criteria

  • Senior Coaching Practitioner (EMCC or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in 1:1, team, and group coaching
  • A strong consultancy approach
  • Excellent communication, judgement, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A generous leader: authentic, empathetic, and adaptable

We are seeking two part‑time positions (18.25 hours per week) on a permanent basis. These roles are hybrid with an expectation of 40% time on campus.
