Join our newly established Centre for Coaching Leadership, an ambitious venture in support of the new people strategy where we aim to develop class-leading approaches, blending evidence with practical application to drive cultural change.
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced coaching professional to lead and deliver impactful coaching interventions across the University. This is a high-trust, high-impact role working with senior leaders and teams, embedding coaching into leadership development, culture change, and capability building.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering expert coaching to senior leaders and key staff groups
- Leading group and team coaching interventions
- Integrating coaching into leadership development programmes
- Shaping the Centre’s strategic direction and external profile
- Collaborating across HR, academic departments, and external partners
- Evaluating coaching impact and promoting a coaching culture across the University
Essential Criteria
- Senior Coaching Practitioner (EMCC or equivalent)
- Proven experience in 1:1, team, and group coaching
- A strong consultancy approach
- Excellent communication, judgement, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A generous leader: authentic, empathetic, and adaptable
We are seeking two part‑time positions (18.25 hours per week) on a permanent basis. These roles are hybrid with an expectation of 40% time on campus.
