We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Quality Support Officer to join our Faculty Office in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Quality Support Officer to join our Quality Office in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
In this pivotal role you will support the effective organisation and implementation of academic governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance and enhancement processes across the Faculty. You will support the Faculty Assistant Registrars and the Faculty Education Manager.
A central part of your role will be to act as Secretary to the Faculty’s Strategic Programmes Committee (FSPC) and to provide operational support to the Faculty Learning, Teaching and Quality Committee (FLTQC). You will act as Faculty lead on the course development and change processes.
Full training will be provided, and you will be supported to develop your expertise in the University\’s Quality Assurance Framework and wider regulations.

You’ll need a strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) higher education quality assurance, committee procedures, and regulatory requirements.
