About you

You will have significant experience in administrative support—ideally within higher education—and an understanding of the student lifecycle, particularly in postgraduate or digital learning contexts. You should be confident managing multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

We\’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience coordinating postgraduate or online programmes and assessments.
  • Is digitally literate and confident using systems such as Moodle, SITS, or Power BI.
  • Can lead a team effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contributes to process improvements.
  • Is adaptable, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

An interest in technology-enhanced learning and experience supporting academic programmes would be a strong advantage.
