The International Relations Office at Bath collaborates with external partners and colleagues internally to drive global cooperation, innovation and excellence in education, research and student experiences, strengthening the University of Bath’s reputation and global impact. We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team to support partnership activity delivery and digital projects.
About the role
In this varied and collaborative role, you will work with colleagues from across the University to embed and promote internationalisation. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of international partnership activity, including:
- coordinating partnership agreements and utilizing data to produce complex briefings/reports,
- leading on driving process automation across IRO’s various workstreams, and
- leading on the IRO’s engagement on digital projects, such as CRM developments.

- pro-active with a result focussed mindset and the resilience to perform under pressure,
- technically minded with excellent IT skills and the confidence to use digital tools, systems and platforms effectively in day-to-day work,
- a confident and effective communicator who can engage project stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across teams,
- well-organised, able to multi-task and prioritise their work.

The role is being offered on a 0.8 fte basis (29.2 hours per week), with the final working pattern to be agreed on appointment. This role is based at the main University of Bath campus but the team has a hybrid working arrangement so you can expect to be on campus 2-3 days a week as required.
