Following a promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Building Controls Supervisor to join the Department of Campus Infrastructure. This role ensures the effective operation and support of the University’s various controls systems. This includes:
- Building Management System
- Lighting control systems
- Energy monitoring systems
You will provide expert knowledge, guidance, and hands-on support in the development and reactive maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS), ensuring all planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. You will work closely with the other workshop supervisors, engineers and managers to deliver continued support of building services, to ensure minimum down time, increased efficiency and end user satisfaction.
In order to be successful in this role you will need: a recognised City autism friendly university, committed to building disability confidence and supporting disabled staff.
