We are seeking a Talent Advisor who shares our commitment to excellence and innovation, and who will play a vital role in bringing the right people into our organisation to deliver on our ambitious goals.

As a Talent Advisor, you will collaborate with your Talent Advisor colleagues, the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Deputy Director (Talent) to continue the development and delivery of an "always-on" recruitment strategy, continuously attracting high-quality candidates whilst adapting your approach to meet the diverse hiring needs across the university.

You will own the delivery of recruitment projects across various functions, focusing on sourcing and assessing candidates within defined timeframes. This role will allow you to engage with influential individuals within the university and become an expert in various markets, mapping them comprehensively to identify and attract top-tier candidates.

You will be a solutions-oriented individual who can navigate beyond rigid policies, with an open, curious mindset to ask questions that no one else would ask, and who can engage comfortably in ambiguous situations. A natural problem solver with a detective mindset, you will provide collaborative advice on best recruitment practices. Your efforts will help us anticipate candidates' career trajectories, offering them opportunities beyond what they had imagined.

This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, with an anticipated end date of April 2027, or the early return of the postholder.
