About the role
This role will support, deliver, and develop the integrated approach, which links strategic objectives with the delivery of those objectives via programmes and projects. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the team, applying your expert business analysis capabilities to strategic programmes and projects to help us deliver the benefits that will realise the University’s strategy. The aim is to deliver solutions through successful programmes and projects, offer assurance to underpin investment, and promote effective benefits realisation. You will be supporting a strategic programme of related initiatives that require further discovery work to find solutions to generate efficiencies and create capacity within the organisation. You will work as part of the programme team to lead its business analysis activity, establishing clarity, making recommendations, and taking responsibility for BA work planning.
About you
To succeed in the role, you will:
- Have expert knowledge of business analysis methods and experience of applying them in a large, complex organisation.
- Have extensive skills and experience in business process mapping, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Be highly proficient at engaging with and influencing a range of stakeholders, including at a senior level.
