About The Role
Are you interested in Pay and Reward? We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us for 6 months with a background or interest in reward to:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of a selection of University’s reward processes
- Carry out Job Evaluation
- Analyse market pay data
- Support the delivery of project work
This is a highly varied role in which you will be involved in tasks across the whole employee life cycle. You will play a key role in the delivery of our pay and reward processes, as well as having the opportunity to support key projects to improve them.
About You
You will be someone who enjoys analytical work, has strong interpersonal skills, and is able to support and advise employees at all levels.

- Experience within HR with some exposure to Reward processes
- Effective knowledge of employment legislation and how it is applied in practice
- Analytical skills and an interest in data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
