We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of residential services across our student accommodation. You’ll manage multiple teams who provide cleaning, portering, housekeeping and other support services, ensuring residences are safe, consistent and delivered to high standards. With a strong focus on people leadership, you’ll recruit, train, motivate and coordinate staff to keep our residences running smoothly. As the key operational lead for your campus area, you’ll take ownership of service delivery so the Head of Residential Operations can focus on strategic direction. If you’re an organised, people-focused manager who thrives in a busy, customer-centred environment, this role puts you at the heart of creating an excellent student living experience. This role is a full-time, permanent position (36.5 hours per week).

- Proven experience as a confident people leader, managing frontline operational teams
- Strong skills in workforce planning, including recruitment, training and day-to-day HR processes
- The ability to organise and coordinate cleaning, portering and support services to consistently high standards
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach within a busy, customer-centred environment
- Experience motivating teams, building positive working relationships and maintaining high service quality
