We’re looking for a proactive and creative Project Coordinator to help shape the future of student induction at The SU Bath. You’ll support work to redesign our Welcome and Freshers Week approach, strengthening partnerships with local organisations, enhancing departmental welcome activity, and supporting our vibrant community of student leaders to deliver an inclusive, student-led induction programme. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, support staff training, and bring together insights and ideas to create a more joined-up, engaging and empowering welcome experience for thousands of new students.

About you

You’ll be great at building relationships, managing projects, and working collaboratively. You’ll bring creativity, strong organisational skills, and a passion for student-led experiences. Experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects, training, evaluation, and large-scale welcome activities is essential.

This is a full-time role (36.5 hours per week) for a fixed-term period of 10 months. We consider ourselves to be a university where difference is celebrated, respected and encouraged.
