The University of Bath’s School of Management is seeking a highly organised and proactive MSc Programme Administrator to join the MSc Office team. This is a fast-paced and varied role, assisting with the delivery and management of a portfolio of MSc programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality student experience by coordinating programme administration, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you will manage a high-volume workload in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will liaise regularly with students, academic staff, agents, and central University departments, requiring strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with University regulations and established guidelines.

About you

You will be a motivated and diligent administrator with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will demonstrate:

This is a busy and varied position requiring flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work to assist with events. The postholder must be able to work to tight deadlines, adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and build effective working relationships across the University. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis (36.5 hours per week).
