About the role

This role is eligible for the Campus Services New Starter Bonus (£1,000) and Campus Services Refer a Friend bonus.

The Role of the Mail Service Assistant is varied with responsibility for sorting, processing and the distribution of all incoming mail and parcels. You could be out and about on our Claverton Down campus making deliveries and collections or helping students through a customer focused counter service. Our student parcel collection centre is just one of the great services we provide to our resident students & we take great pride in providing a great student experience. Some IT experience is essential, as we process outgoing mail utilising modern Franking technology, and use modern tracking software & hardware to provide service excellence.

This role is offered on a part-time, term-time only basis, working 30 hours per week.
