The SU Bath wish to appoint an Executive Support & Projects Manager to act as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This includes activities such as:
- drafting a wide range of papers, presentations and documents
- organising events and managing diaries
- keeping minutes and documentation
- managing complaints and disciplinaries
- oversight of the policy schedule to ensure monitoring and compliance, amongst other administrative and organisational duties to support the central administration of the organisation.
You will support the SLT through the delivery of a range of projects, working with students and staff across the organisation, University and externally to make impactful changes.
About you
We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual with outstanding organisational and project management skills to provide central support to our organisation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing administrative support and projects for complex organisations, and will have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be confident in working with a variety of stakeholders, on your own and as part of a team, using your initiative and expertise to provide anticipatory and responsive support for our varied activities.
