About the role

Ready to turn your passion for food into a career? Join our team as a Commis Chef and help create exciting, high-quality dishes across our diverse outlets. We operate a range of outlets offering everything from global street food to fine dining experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for cooking high-quality food
  • Ideally, previous experience as a junior chef
  • An NVQ in Food Preparation is a bonus, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

You’ll work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break, with start times that may be early (around 7:30am), mid, or late shifts finishing around 8:30pm.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 15 hours per week (weekends only).
