We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Campus Experience Team Leader to lead reception operations across student and commercial accommodation at the University of Bath. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering an excellent front‑of‑house experience for students, guests, and visitors. You will oversee reception teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service standards, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment that reflects University values. Working closely with the Campus Experience Manager and wider Campus Services teams, you will support student arrivals, commercial activity, and day‑to‑day accommodation operations. Flexibility is required during peak periods (June–September), including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
About you
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment
- Confident in supervising, training, and developing staff
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Calm and effective under pressure, with strong problem‑solving skills
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive approach
Experience in higher education, accommodation services, or reception/front‑of‑house operations would be an advantage.
