SETsquared has recently partnered on an exciting new accelerator working alongside the Ministry of Defence’s Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) and our partners to strengthen the UK’s position within NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) initiative.
We are looking for an Accelerator Manager to oversee all aspects of the accelerator programme, from design to execution. You will lead on developing the programme, ensuring the delivery of the highest calibre of business support to cohorts out of a new innovation centre in White City. You will be expected to proactively engage with mentors and sector experts as well as serve as the primary point of contact for programme participants, whilst managing programme deliverables reporting and budgeting.

In this role, you will be working as part of a team based out of London’s White City Campus, but equally supporting the wider SETsquared team and partnership.
About You
A pro-active and hands-on self-starter with motivation and genuine enthusiasm for the design and execution of a new business support programme, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality work and attention to detail. With a wide stakeholder group, this is a complex and challenging but stimulating and rewarding environment to work within.
Our ideal candidate is adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple and varied responsibilities. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative.
A proven track record of training programme management is essential, with preferable experience from within the innovation sector, as you will be hitting the ground running, alongside strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This is a full-time role for an initial fixed-term period until November 2026.
You will be required to undertake duties outside of standard University hours, including evenings or weekends where the business need arises, and will be based at the White City Campus in London.
