Job Description: To manage the workflow and provide team leadership within assigned area of responsibility. To serve as a resource for therapists; resolves more complex patient care issues. To perform the duties of a therapist as necessary.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy or related field or Occupational Therapy and three (3) years of experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Speech‑Language Pathologist/Audiologist or Occupational Therapist (OT) by the appropriate State of Alabama Board or registered as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or (RPT) by the State of Alabama Board of Physical Therapy or certified as a Board Certified Musician Therapist (MT‑BC) by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.
