We are looking for a Curriculum Administrator to join the Curriculum Team within the University Registry. The team supports the development and maintenance of the curriculum, manages the online course selection system, and provides assistance to students and staff across the university.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the annual review and update of the curriculum and support staff using the University’s Curriculum Management System (CMS).
  • Help produce the University Calendar (degree prescriptions/specifications) and the Catalogue of Courses (online course descriptors).
  • Maintain and operate MyCurriculum, ensuring accurate data entry and resolving issues.
  • Provide support via email, online chat, and in‑person services for the 13,000+ students using the system during peak registration periods.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a high standard of customer service and participate in additional hours during peak periods as negotiated.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data inputting skills.
  • Proactive, highly organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—oral, written, and in‑person.
  • Customer‑focused approach with the ability to troubleshoot and question potential issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or a curriculum management system is an advantage.
  • Must be based in the UK and legally able to work within the UK.

Benefits:

Salary is set on Grade 4 at £28,199.00 – £31,236.00 per annum, adjusted for qualifications and experience. Placement and working hours may be flexible to support student registration periods.
