In this role you will lead the embedding of Artificial Intelligence and related digital technologies across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within SMMSN. You will shape curriculum development, collaborate with programme teams, and help students navigate opportunities, limitations, and ethical considerations of AI in healthcare. You will work with the AI Lab and the Centre for Academic Development to drive curriculum innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing the School’s educational impact and student experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning on AI applications in healthcare and medical sciences
- Lead curriculum development to systematically integrate AI content across programmes
- Support students in understanding opportunities, limitations, and ethical/legal/societal implications of AI
- Collaborate with SMMSN colleagues, the University AI Lab and the Centre for Academic Development
- Contribute to curriculum innovation, educational scholarship and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Influence the educational experience across multiple disciplines and support strategic ambitions in education, research and innovation
- Be part of a supportive academic community delivering outstanding student experiences
