In deze rol: Inventariseer je behoeften van gebruikers en stakeholders en vertaal deze naar een heldere productbacklog voor het team, waarin richting, doelen en prioriteiten duidelijk zijn. Adviseer je de Productmanager over de visie op het product en denk mee over een meerjarenroadmap voor verdere doorontwikkeling. Formuleer samen met het team kaders, standaarden en richtlijnen voor het goed en veilig gebruik van M365 en gerelateerde diensten. Zorg voor een optimaal functionerend product binnen de organisatie, waarbij je voortdurend de balans bewaakt tussen functionaliteit, veiligheid en beheerbaarheid. Werk intensief samen met andere teams binnen de waardestroom Digitale Werkomgeving, waarvan DSK onderdeel uitmaakt. Geef inhoudelijke sturing aan een team van negen Functioneel en Technisch Applicatiespecialisten. Beheer en prioriteer de backlog, en neem daarbij een natuurlijke coördinerende rol in. Samen met je teamgenoten zorg je dagelijks voor het goed en veilig gebruik van M365 en het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem Zenya.
Vereisten
- HBO werk- en denkniveau: idealiter in Bedrijfskunde, Informatica of vergelijkbaar.
- Kennis van en ervaring met M365 en werkplekconcepten; intrinsiek gemotiveerd om mogelijkheden te ontwikkelen.
- Ruime ervaring met Functioneel Beheer.
- Kennis van de rol Product Owner is een pré.
- Kennis van het kwaliteit managementsysteem Zenya is een pré.
