The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Applications are invited from competent, able practitioners who wish to provide dynamic support to the theatre Trauma and Orthopaedic team. The operating department includes 16 in-patient theatres within the Division plus the Surgical Day Unit (3 GA theatres and Paediatric Day facility).

- Provide scrub experience (Trauma and Orthopaedics) and support to the theatre team.
- Out of hours and on-call cover required.
The theatres provide an operating service to multiple clinical specialties. There is provision for dedicated emergency theatres and dedicated Trauma theatres within the complex.

Leadership and Training
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff. The training programme supports leaders in developing leadership and management skills. You will be expected to attend the leadership development programme and the Quality Improvement Programme. The aims include:
- Explore leadership within the NHS;
- Promote Trust Values and Behaviours;
- Develop your Leadership effectiveness and skills;
- Practitioner level in quality improvement to champion, lead and complete quality improvement within your role.
After four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, with additional in-house courses and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at levels 3, 5 and 7.
