University Hospitals Tees is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as Director of Pathology. The role provides strategic leadership for laboratory medicine, histopathology, microbiology, and blood sciences across the Trust, and may require work across sites within the Trust.
You will drive a modern, integrated pathology service aligned with national standards, foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensure governance and financial stewardship, and build strong relationships.
