The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The main purpose of this role is to provide the highly specialist clinical role of Cochlear Implant Keyworker. This includes working with patients and families during the assessment process, and providing post‐operative rehabilitation and support. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team providing a cochlear implant service to the North East region and excellent communication within the team is paramount. A significant part of the service delivery may be virtual or on a domiciliary basis such as education settings, and hence the post-holder is home based.
This role involves highly specialist patient care. All such care will be provided in an effective, caring and compassionate service to patients. The post holder is required to abide by the NHS values and the Constitution. Successful candidates must have access to a vehicle for work purposes to meet the requirements of the role.
