Person specification
- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
- Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
- Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months’ experience after full GMC registration and evidence of achievement of foundation competencies
- Have 4 - 12 months’ experience in medical specialties as defined by the JRCPTB by time of appointment
- Recognition of, and ability to undertake the initial management of, an acutely ill patient
- Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams
- Understanding of: NHS / Clinical governance / Resource constraints
- Evidence of managerial skills: Achievements / Course attended
