As a Trust Doctor, you will be an integral part of our dynamic medical team, collaborating with junior doctors, Physicians Associates, and specialist nursing practitioners. Person specification

  • Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
  • Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
  • Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
  • Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months’ experience after full GMC registration and evidence of achievement of foundation competencies
  • Have 4 - 12 months’ experience in medical specialties as defined by the JRCPTB by time of appointment
  • Recognition of, and ability to undertake the initial management of, an acutely ill patient
  • Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams
  • Understanding of: NHS / Clinical governance / Resource constraints
  • Evidence of managerial skills: Achievements / Course attended
