We are looking to recruit self-motivated individual to join the Domestic Department at Worthing Hospital as a Domestic Supervisor, who can work on their own and/or as part of a team, the post holder will be responsible for managing Domestic staff on a daily basis ensuring National Cleaning Standards are upheld., The post holder will be responsible for managing Domestic staff on a daily basis, which will include Appraisals, Health and Wellbeing Management, Monitoring Standards, Rotas, Mandatory Training.
