Measure, fit and apply custom orthopedic devices and OTS products. Able to effectively educate patients, family members and co-workers on DME products and orthopedic devices. Ability to interact positively with physicians, clients and co-workers. Effective and clear written, verbal and non-verbal communication, pleasant and effective telephone communication skills. Apply basic computer skills to proficiently use a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records. Authorize/pre-cert insurance for orthopedic devices, initiate self-pay items as needed. Track, organize, restock and dispense inventory regularly. Take measurements/fit patients for functional/OA bracing when needed. Will move between the locations as scheduled for coverage.
