Provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the Directorate Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management and arrangement of meetings.
- Typing and distributing minutes.
- Liaising with internal and external organisations, including patients and visitors.
- Data input of payroll and annual leave.
- Procurement and ordering for the Management Team.
- Spreadsheet management and delivery of patient notes to clinical areas.
- Preparation of documents and information required for meetings.
- Building positive working relationships with clinical teams and serving as a touch-point for queries.
Additional Information
UHNM is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Applicants on graduate visas must have at least six months until the visa expires at the start of employment.
