The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for Band 2 and Band 3 roles. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

Are you an ambitious and highly motivated individual looking to obtain more experience within the NHS, then look no further. The Pharmacy Directorate require an organised person with a flexible and adaptable approach in undertaking a busy work schedule to work both within the Pharmacy Directorate Office and the Pharmacy Procurement Team. You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way but be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions and you must possess effective communication skills. The ability to work on your own initiative is required along with good basic education and RSA Word Processing. The ability to use Microsoft office is essential to allow you to produce the standard or work required.

Experience of minute taking would be an advantage.

The Pharmacy Directorate is a friendly department.

This post is based at Royal Stoke University Hospital Site, however, you may be asked to provide support at the County Hospital.

The post holder\’s role will be split between reception duties /administrative support to the senior management team and working as part of the procurement team. Duties will include working with pharmacy staff, use of Microsoft office applications, answering the telephone, dealing with incoming post and emails. Monitoring and ordering consumables in collaboration with the PA/Office Supervisor. Whilst working in procurement you will work within a small team to raise orders, liaise with Suppliers, review invoices and credit notes.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism and providing services in accordance with the Trust’s values and behaviours. Other qualities include the need to be punctual, reliable, of smart appearance and hard working with a professional demeanour.
