University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. The post holder will be part of a team responsible for providing IT support for Microsoft Office 365, One Consultation, and Microsoft Teams.
They will be the first line of support for faults and queries related to these systems, escalating issues as necessary to the Senior Operational Service Manager, Systems & Data Managers, ICT Service Desk, and third-party technical support.
Daily system housekeeping and administration will also be part of the role.
- Communicate daily with staff across all levels of the Directorate, including clinicians, nurses, technical, management, and administrative personnel. Provide first-line support and advice on the use and operation of Microsoft Teams and Attend Anywhere.
- Represent the department politely and helpfully, noting requirements to be passed to the IM&T Service Delivery team or handling requests directly.
- Collaborate with IM&T suppliers and other IT support staff.
- Adopt an integrated approach to IM&T systems across a wide geographic area.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Attend Anywhere, Hospify, and CareFlow Connect software.
