Education and Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • NMC registration
  • Evidence of degree level Study

Desirable criteria

  • Recognised management qualification
  • Evidence of masters level of study and/or prepared to work towards this

Experience and Knowledge

Essential criteria

  • Experience managing patient flow
  • Experience of organising and prioritising own workload and that of others
  • Ability to interpret large volume of information and data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to network within a large MDT
  • Defines clearly the quality & timescale parameters required to meet goals and de
  • Ability to undertake risk analysis, develop options available to reduce risks working with the division

Desirable criteria

  • Change / project management experience
  • Experience of conducting staff appraisals

Skills and Ability

Essential criteria

  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to formulate models and frameworks
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Takes responsibility for implementing decisions
  • IT/ Word processing skills
