Overview
Would you like to be part of a dynamic and motivated team delivering clinical trials to find better ways to care for and treat children and young people? Would you like to work in our purpose designed children\’s research facility \’Research Space\’? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Research Nurse to join the Children\’s Research Team. We are part of the UHL Research & Innovation Corporate Directorate. Our role is to facilitate and support the conduct of children\’s research across a wide range of specialities within the Children\’s Hospital at UHL.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Children\’s Nurse (or a dual qualified Adult and Children\’s Nurse; or an Adult Nurse with extensive paediatric experience) with research experience. Ideally you will be computer literate; have excellent communication skills; demonstrate meticulous attention to quality and detail; be extremely organised and able to manage multiple projects; and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We ask that you bring your dedication and enthusiasm to the post, and you will benefit from the support of an experienced multi-professional team committed to research. We offer research development and clinical skills training as an integral part of the post.
