Under direction of the Lead Specialist Nurse: + Deliver care to defined case load of patients requiring specialist care. + Act as the patient\’s advocate maintaining privacy and dignity. + Provide advice and support to junior staff and learners in all aspects of the delivery of high quality care. + Provide support, advice and education to patients/ significant others in the management of their care.
