We’re excited to offer this opportunity within our Admin & Clerical workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join our colposcopy team at UHD. The post holder must be IT literate and ideally familiar with hospital computer systems and previous experience in patient bookings.

Main duties of the job:

  • Colposcopy clinic bookings and clinic management
  • Coordination of booking in patients in line with National Screening Targets
  • To cover Colposcopy Secretaries in their absences
  • To answer patient’s queries via phone and email
  • To work with clinical team for clinic bookings and clinic prep

UHD are investing, developing and transforming Trust services in line with the New Hospital Programme. Some services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or permanently. Recruiting Managers will be happy to answer any service-specific questions at interview. If a role or service relocates as part of a planned move, excess mileage will not be reimbursed. Travel from home to the new work base will be classed as a normal commute. Any other changes will be managed under Trust or national terms and conditions.
