University Hospitals Dorset is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our dedicated recruitment team. We are committed to providing exceptional service to recruiting managers and candidates and are looking for a motivated individual to help us achieve our recruitment goals.

The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for delivering a proactive, timely, and effective recruitment service. This role involves building strong working relationships with recruiting managers and candidates to reduce vacancies and time to hire.

The successful candidate will provide operational line management to a team of Recruitment Administrators and Assistants, leading them into a new recruitment model that focuses on a relationship-based approach. This includes identifying the recruitment needs of UHD departments and managing team performance to meet national targets for time to hire.

Base Location: Yeomans House, Yeomans Way
