The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
The Estates Department provides a comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation service of the buildings, grounds, engineering services and associated equipment throughout the Trust that requires any appointed candidate to be flexible in their approach to working hours as and when based on the needs of the trust.
You must have served a recognised Electrical or Building Services apprenticeship and gained a wide experience in building engineering services and plant maintenance with City and Guilds level 3 qualification plus equivalent experience in an electrical maintenance environment.
You must hold a current UK (manual) driving licence and reside within half an hour normal travel time to fulfil on-call duties.
The role is Monday – Friday with participation in an emergency on-call service plus opportunities for overtime.
Salary -£31,049 – £37,796 pa plus local RRP (£3,277 pa), with an additional on-call retainer, overtime, starting with 27 days holiday leading to 33 days, pension scheme plus many NHS discount benefits and training opportunities.
