An opportunity has arisen to join the existing Cardiac Rehabilitation service, delivering comprehensive aftercare for patients following their cardiac event.
The position is for 27.5 hours per week.
The role involves working across Poole and Bournemouth Hospitals.
Applicants should be experienced in cardiac nursing, as this role includes conducting Cardiac Rehab classes and assessment clinics. They will advise patients on lifestyle, risk factors, and activity post-cardiac event. Flexibility to cover staff holiday and sickness is required.
Own transport is essential, as the successful candidate may need to drive to outreach locations for community sessions.

Please note, if the role or service relocates, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute. Other changes will be managed according to Trust or national terms.
