Want to work in a large supportive team and teaching hospital?, We are looking for an experiencedDietitian to become part of our acute team to lead the care our patients receive on our assessment units and within healthcare of older people. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the way we deliver care to patients as they start their inpatient journey. If you have a keen interest for service development and are looking to develop your leadership skills, then this post is for you.The role gives a unique opportunity to oversee a project looking at nutrition within the emergency department.

This role sits within our wider acute team covering a range of clinical areas and specialities. Working in UHCW Trust offers you a breadth of diversity and experience and you will be supported through your development and journey by our friendly and experienced Dietetic staff.

o To carry out dietetic assessment appropriate to role and experience, provide nutritional diagnosis and provide a dietetic treatment plan for patients / clients.o To hold responsibility for own patient caseload including patients with complex presentationso Maintain clinical records in line with local / Trust documentation guidelineso To liaise with dietetic colleagues and other members of the multidisciplinary team as necessary e.g. Medical, nursing, catering and other health care professionals
