Pharmacy Homecare Administrative Officer at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Sponsorship is not eligible for this post. Proposed interview dates are between 17 and 19 November 2025.
Main duties of the job:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Pharmacy HomeCare Team, dealing with routine queries and referring to the appropriate member(s) of the pharmacy team where appropriate.
- Assist in day-to-day communication between the Pharmacy HomeCare Team and other areas of the Pharmacy Department, the clinical areas and patients.
- Undertake administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient and timely running of the Pharmacy HomeCare Service.
- Help to set up and maintain systems for accurate and efficient recording of Home delivery prescriptions and hospital FP10s.
- Process HomeCare invoices and highlight any discrepancies to the pharmacy homecare admin team lead.
- Manage and collate statistical data on Pharmacy HomeCare Team activity.
- Support the Pharmacy HomeCare Team at operational and governance meetings.
- Be involved in auditing for the Pharmacy Department.
- Assist with the archiving of records.
- Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate for the role as delegated by the Lead Technician.
