Demonstrating awareness and compliance with Trust policies, procedures, guidelines and working towards promoting this to others.

Provide a high level of rota coordination and support the administrative needs of the A600 team.

Be responsible for maintaining the electronic rostering system, highlighting and resolving shift vacancies in the rota and being a point of contact for queries from the nursing team.

The post holder will also work closely with the Clinical Matron/Supervisory Ward Sisters, Charge Nurses, Practice Educators and Nursing team to ensure day to day management of the administrative function within Critical Care service.
