Main duties of the job:
- We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in a newly structured role within the Southampton NIHR Clinical Research Facility (CRF).

- In this role, you’ll manage and maintain data through CRFManager, a web-based resource management system.
- You’ll develop and deliver training programmes for new and existing users, interpret study protocols, and provide first-line support to users.
- Provide first-class admin support to Clinical Research staff and the wider team.

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the quality of research activity data on CRFManager.
- To train Research Nurses, CTA, Fellows and Allied Health Professionals in the capture of study activity data required for operational, metrics and study invoicing purposes.
- To assist with the administration of research within the facility, including supporting Nursing, Admin and Study Management teams.

- A level or equivalent in Maths, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience using Microsoft applications to manage and analyse information, e.g., Word and Excel.
