We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in Lung and Anal cancers and Acute Oncology to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS). This is a full-time (10.25 PAs) post with less than full-time options available.
You will work alongside the established Clinical Oncology consultant and multidisciplinary team to provide radiotherapy and SACT services as part of a busy and dynamic department. You will be based at Southampton General Hospital and will spend one day a week providing lung cancer outpatient and clinical services at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The UHS cancer centre provides comprehensive services to a large local and regional population, with seven linear accelerators providing radiotherapy services including SABR and SRS. Image-guided and surface-guided radiotherapy are implemented across all treatment units. You will join the well-established and collaborative lung and oligometastatic SABR services at UHS.
