University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Main Area Chef for Band 3, full-time 37.5 hours per week in Stafford. The role works in rotation with four chefs, covering seven days with one weekend per month and weekend/bank holiday enhancements.
You will prepare and present meals for patients, staff and visitors, supervise Catering Assistants, maintain HACCP standards and uphold NHS food safety guidelines.
