We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead the Student Life service for Academic Partnerships at UCA. In this key role, you will manage a small team and act as an operational link between UCA and its partner institutions, ensuring consistent, compliant, and student-focused administrative support and curriculum maintenance for franchise and collaborative partners across the student lifecycle.

You will oversee student records and fees, enrolment, progression and assessment boards for our academic partners, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to support a smooth, high-quality student experience.

The role requires a strong understanding of academic regulations, student lifecycle processes and student data systems (e.g. SITs), along with experience managing higher education administration functions (e.g. registry or course administration environment).

The role can be located at Surrey or Kent Campuses.
