At UCA we are passionate about the education of the creative arts; inspiring our students to develop creative careers that make the most of their talent and hard work. We want to stay on top of marketing trends and emerging opportunities, ensuring we’re at the forefront of the next generation of creatives looking to further their education.

As the Marketing Analyst, you will sit within the Marketing and Campaigns team and will play a integral role in bringing together data and insight from paid media, organic social activity, CRM comms and web analysis to inform the way the department leads on marketing, communications and recruitment initiatives.

This is a newly created role for the team, and we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get stuck into the data and work with colleagues to make positive change to the work we do.

  • Bring together data and insight from paid media, organic social activity, CRM communications and web analysis to inform marketing, communications and recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and support positive changes in the department’s approach.

Qualifications

  • Interest in the data side of marketing; ability to pull together insights from multiple sources to inform campaign direction.
  • Proactive and collaborative, able to work with others to implement data-driven improvements.
