We are seeking a dynamic FM Contracts Manager to join our Estates & Facilities team at a leading creative arts university, spanning three campuses across two counties. This pivotal role provides assurance and oversight of outsourced contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and delivering high standards in facilities services.
As a key appointment, you will lead on performance monitoring, contract compliance, and the management of estates data related to contract effectiveness. You’ll work collaboratively across departments, forging strong partnerships with Procurement, Finance, and the wider University to drive value and continuous improvement.
