This is an on-campus 1st line IT support position which plays a pivotal role within the Information and Digital Services department, providing excellent customer service and technical advice to the University’s staff, students, partners and visitors.

Reporting to the Campus IDS Manager, you will be a member of the End-User Computing team where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support services.

You will help support the department by adhering to ITIL incident, problem and change management processes and be an ambassador for best practice and relationship building across this diverse user base.

Solid experience of IT account management, IT troubleshooting, analysing and diagnosing technical software and hardware problems is essential.
