The University for the Creative Arts is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant to join our busy Estates and Facilities department based at the Epsom campus.
The role focuses on ensuring safety and security of premises, fire prevention, goods in/out, basic maintenance, and compliance checks.
You will work as part of a team on regular PM shifts and may cover other patterns, including emergency response and out-of-hours duties, with a paid on-call allowance.
