Join to apply for Digital Workplace Engineer role at University for the Creative Arts
This third‑line engineering position focuses on Microsoft and Windows deployment. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Security, you’ll work within a team of six engineers, including another Digital Workplace Engineer, to ensure our digital workplace runs smoothly and securely.
The role is advertised as based in Surrey or Kent, with scope to be based at any of our three campuses: Canterbury, Epsom or Farnham.
About You
You will report to the Head of Infrastructure & Security and be part of a team of six engineers, including one other Digital Workplace Engineer. You’ll package software applications, deploy essential OS updates and manage key systems including Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune and other related platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies and Windows deployment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Configuration Manager, Intune, and modern workplace tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and a commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
