We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our new Student Life-Academic Partnerships team, supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services across UCA’s academic partnerships.

In this role, you’ll provide first-line support to partner institutions, assist with student records and assessment processes, and help ensure compliance with Student Loans Company requirements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments and partner organisations to maintain accurate data and contribute to a smooth student experience.

The role requires strong administrative experience, clear communication skills, and an organised approach to improving systems and processes, and is ideally suited to someone with experience in administration within a higher education environment.

This role can be located at any of our campuses in Surrey and Kent.
